🚫 Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed on our website, it cannot be canceled.
Our products are freshly packed and prepared for dispatch quickly, so we do not offer order cancellation under any circumstances.

💰 Refund Policy

We offer refunds only after 2 days of placing the order, and only if there is a genuine issue such as:

• Product damaged in transit
• Wrong product received
• Product found spoiled or tampered (photo evidence required)

To request a refund, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and clear photos of the issue within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days using your original payment method.

📦 No Returns or Exchange

Since honey is a natural and consumable product, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons like personal taste preference, delay in delivery by courier, or change of mind.
